The Dispute Service (TDS) operates statutory tenancy deposit schemes across the UK, including the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in England & Wales, SafeDeposits Scotland and TDS Northern Ireland, together with tenancy redress and ombudsman services.
We have an opportunity within our Technology team to join them as a Business Analyst.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based in our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead and will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
The salary for this role is Β£48,085.65 per annum.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Work with stakeholders across TDS to understand business objectives, operational challenges, process risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse current state business processes and help define future state processes, business rules and operational workflows.
- Produce clear and structured documentation, including process maps, workflow descriptions, user journeys, business rules, requirements and supporting artefacts.
- Support the standardisation of end-to-end business processes to improve consistency, control, quality and efficiency.
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, manual workarounds, control weaknesses and improvement opportunities, and make practical recommendations to address them.
- Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders and product or delivery colleagues to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Have experience working as a Business Analyst in a business change, process improvement, technology delivery or operational improvement environment.
- Have a strong ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable outputs.
- Possess strong stakeholder management, facilitation and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical outcomes.
- Possess a strong understanding of core Salesforce functionality and established best practices within Service Cloud.
- Demonstrate the ability to break down complex requirements into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions and detailed functional design specifications.
- Experience in writing test scenarios, conducting QA testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
