We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do.

We have a new opportunity within the Client Relations team to join them as a Client Relationship Executive. This is a full-time, permanent position, that will be based at our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead. This position will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact and providing support and training as needed.
  • Foster long-term client loyalty by delivering exceptional after-sales service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with customers to monitor satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
  • Monitor competitor offerings to inform strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Finance) to align on customer needs, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be considered for this opportunity you must:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in a Client Relationship Executive or Customer Service Advisor role.
  • Have a strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality client support.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with practical experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Be willing to attend industry events and conduct client visits as required.
