We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.
We have an opportunity within our Sales and Client Success team to join them as a Client Account Executive. This is a permanent, full-time position that will be based in our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead and will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. There is also a requirement for occasional travel to our customers, so you will need to hold a full UK driving licence. The salary for this position is £39,139.49 per annum.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customers (switches, transfers, mergers and secondary portfolios).
- Support customers through the full switching lifecycle.
- Manage a portfolio of letting agent accounts as their primary contact.
- Deliver structured account reviews (quarterly, biannual or annual).
- Achieve KPIs across growth, retention and conversion.
- Spot early portfolio risks (usage changes, disputes, competitor activity).
To be considered for this opportunity you must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Be able to analyse customer behaviour to identify growth and retention opportunities.
- Have experience in account management, sales or customer success roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Have experience negotiating and securing commercial contracts.
- Be confident leading structured meetings with senior stakeholders.
