TDRS Recruitment are supporting a market-leading technical services specialist in the search for a Service Director to oversee and develop their national service operation. The business designs, installs and maintains technically sophisticated solutions across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector environments. Operating nationally through multiple regional offices, they have built an excellent reputation for quality, customer service and long-term client relationships. With annual turnover of approximately £25m and a Service Division currently generating around £3.5m, the leadership team has identified service as a major growth area and is looking for an experienced leader who can help drive the next phase of development.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established operation whilst helping shape its future direction.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the Service Division across the UK. You will oversee multiple regional offices and service teams, driving consistency, profitability, customer retention and recurring revenue growth, whilst implementing the structure and systems required to support future expansion. The business has ambitious plans for growth and is looking for someone capable of helping double the size of the Service Division over the next 2-3 years.
