Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead the Planning and Helpdesk operation of a well-established engineering business.
Reporting to the Service Director, you'll oversee the teams responsible for scheduling engineers, coordinating reactive works, managing PPM programmes and ensuring service delivery meets agreed KPIs and customer expectations.
