A highly reputable manufacturer of industrial doors and loading systems is actively seeking two experienced Engineers in the South due to continued expansion in the area. They can offer industry leading training and an unmatched bonus scheme. The role is predominantly service & repair with limited travel and preferential OT rates after 40 hours.
As an Industrial Door Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors such as steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors
- Some work on loading bay equipment such as dock levellers, wheel locking systems and scissor lifts
- Basic electrical wiring
- Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment
The successful Industrial Door Engineer will:
- Have experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment
- Have a strong employment history within the industry
- Hold relevant industry qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF
- Have a clean driving licence
