An established and growing automatic door company is currently seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to support and lead their installation team across the London region.

Role Overview: As an integral part of the installation team, you will oversee a group of engineers delivering automatic door installations across London and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on supervisory position, combining practical installation work with team leadership, planning oversight, and technical support. You will act as the key link between installation engineers and management, ensuring projects run smoothly while supporting engineers with technical issues and site challenges. The role will typically involve four days on-site or in the field and one day office or home-based, allowing time for planning, administration and team coordination. You will benefit from the support of an experienced management team and will play an important role in maintaining installation quality and supporting the continued development of the engineering team.

Installation Supervisor Summary of Duties:
