A renowned facilities management company and industrial door maintenance specialist is expanding its engineering team with six new engineers, one of which will ideally be located in the West Midlands. The position has become available due to increased demand from their customer base.

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (basic salary £39,000 – £42,000 + annual bonus).

Responsibilities:

  • Installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors
  • Working on automatic doors and automatic gates on a regular basis
  • Basic electrical wiring
  • Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment

Qualifications:

  • Experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment
  • Experience working on gates, barriers, and automatic doors
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as EN 16005, NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF
  • Clean driving licence
