Provide administrative support to the Internal Sales Team by processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and handling enquiries.
Work closely with customers, suppliers, and production to ensure efficient order delivery while developing product knowledge, customer service, and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide administration support to the Internal Sales Team, helping to manage customer enquiries, orders and day-to-day sales activities.
- Process customer orders accurately onto internal systems, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and communicated to relevant departments.
- Prepare and issue quotations for customers, working with internal teams to gather pricing, technical information, and lead times.
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, product information, and sales documentation.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support smooth communication and efficient order delivery.
- Work closely with the Production Team to gain a practical understanding of manufacturing processes, products, and the technology behind the solutions supplied.
- Develop knowledge of the company’s products and services, supporting customers with accurate information and assisting with sales enquiries.
- Support the continuous improvement of sales and administrative processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
- Gain experience across different departments, developing a broader understanding of the business and how sales, production, engineering, and operations work together.
- Build professional skills in customer service, communication, organisation, commercial awareness, and technical product knowledge, with opportunities for the role to develop as experience and confidence grows.

Monday to Thursday – 7.30am – 3.30pm 7am- 1.30 on Friday.
