About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate engineer to step into a tutoring role, delivering training to apprentices and helping them develop essential technical skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training and mentoring to apprentices in electrical and electronic engineering.
  • Support apprentices in developing both technical and professional skills.
  • Plan, assess, and review learning programmes aligned with apprenticeship standards.

Essential Experience:

  • Industrial/vocational experience in engineering industry (for experienced applicants).

Desired Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Level 4 qualification minimum in electrical and electronic, Physics or Maths.
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
