About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate engineer to step into a tutoring role, delivering training to apprentices and helping them develop essential technical skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and mentoring to apprentices in electrical and electronic engineering.
- Support apprentices in developing both technical and professional skills.
- Plan, assess, and review learning programmes aligned with apprenticeship standards.

Essential Experience:
- Industrial/vocational experience in engineering industry (for experienced applicants).
Desired Experience:

Qualifications:
- Level 4 qualification minimum in electrical and electronic, Physics or Maths.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
