Europe’s leading provider of mobile dental care - Flexident of Sweden and Banning Dental Group, one of the UK’s most exciting, forward-thinking dental groups, is establishing a mobile dental service in the UK specialising in treating residents of private care homes with mobility and cognitive disabilities such as dementia. The service will comprise highly qualified, skilled, and experienced dentists and nurses who will provide the most comprehensive range of high-quality, affordable dental treatment using the most advanced mobile dentistry technology and techniques supported by Banning’s network of brand new, state-of-the-art clinics.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Project Director and Sales Lead to spearhead project delivery and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the service in the UK, driving sales strategy, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution to ensure our services exceed client expectations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and sales, ideally within the health sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Direction: Overseeing research, strategy, planning, product/service development, execution, and project delivery. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and resources while leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate challenges, maintain stakeholder relationships, and deliver results. A focus on strategic planning, team collaboration, and performance monitoring is essential for driving project success and contributing to the organisation’s growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain key clients, including senior management of care providers, in particular care homes and sheltered accommodation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including care providers, NHS representatives, and private organisations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management and sales, ideally within the healthcare or health technology sector.
  • Education: Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (MBA desirable).
  • Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition. Exceptional project management and organisational skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com).
  • Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. Results-oriented and adaptable.

  • Competitive Salary: £65,000.00 (basic) Bonus: (Year 1) bonus of up to £15,000.00 (on completion of key milestones) (Year 2) bonus (replacing above) of 5% EBITA paid quarterly.
