My client is a FTSE 250 housebuilder with a proud track record of delivering quality new homes across the UK. Based at their Yorkshire office, you'll be a key driver of the division's land pipeline — identifying, appraising and securing new residential development opportunities across the North.
- Prepare detailed financial appraisals and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Manage relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities
- Lead negotiations on land acquisitions through to exchange and completion
- Monitor the local planning environment and track competitor activity
- Collaborate closely with technical, planning and commercial teams to progress sites
Proven experience in residential land acquisition, ideally within a housebuilder or land consultancy:
- Strong working knowledge of the planning system in England
- An established network of contacts across the North West land market
- A full UK driving licence
