My client are a FTSE 250 housebuilder with a proud track record of delivering quality new homes across the UK. Based at their Yorkshire office, you'll be a key driver of the division's land pipeline β€” identifying, appraising and securing new residential development opportunities across the North.

  • Prepare detailed financial appraisals and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities
  • Lead negotiations on land acquisitions through to exchange and completion
  • Monitor the local planning environment and track competitor activity
  • Collaborate closely with technical, planning and commercial teams to progress sites

Proven experience in residential land acquisition, ideally within a housebuilder or land consultancy:

  • Strong working knowledge of the planning system in England
  • An established network of contacts across the North West land market
  • A full UK driving licence
