We are working with a leading PLC housebuilder in Norwich, who are looking to strengthen their planning team with a Senior Town Planner to manage planning applications for immediate development housing sites and strategic land projects across the region.

You will be a town planner with experience of working on planning applications on both immediate land and strategic land sites. You’ll work with internal teams and external consultants, handling housing applications, and working on large, multi-phased masterplans for strategic land.
