Trainee Sales Advisor – 5 Housebuilder*

Location: Lancaster

Hours: Full-time, including weekends with days off during the week

Are you looking to build a long-term career in property sales?

A leading 5-star housebuilder is looking to appoint a Trainee Sales Advisor to join their successful team in the Lancaster area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience in a different sector (retail, estate agency, hospitality, customer service or similar) who is now looking to break into the fast-paced and rewarding world of new homes sales.

What we’re looking for:

• Some previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A professional and proactive attitude
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• A genuine interest in property and helping customers through the buying journey

What you’ll be doing:

• Meeting and greeting customers in the sales office and on site
• Building rapport and guiding buyers through the new homes journey
• Working to sales targets and achieving KPIs
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day operations
