Are you ready to take full ownership of the technical function? This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to join a leading prestigious housebuilder, delivering large-scale, high-quality residential schemes across the region.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full technical process, from land acquisition support and planning, right through to build completion. You’ll lead on design coordination, drive value engineering, and ensure developments are delivered to the highest standards while staying on programme and budget. Managing both internal teams and external consultants, you’ll be a key figure in shaping the success of each project.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading and managing the technical team, driving performance and efficiency
