Technical Coordinator
Bournemouth
Up to £60,000 + Package
We are working in partnership with a 5-star UK housebuilder to recruit a Technical Coordinator for their regional office in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically experienced individual looking to step into a managerial role with support and development from an established regional team.
As Technical Coordinator, you’ll assist in overseeing the technical delivery of residential schemes, supporting the coordination of design information, ensuring compliance, and helping to secure necessary approvals throughout the development process.
This role offers hybrid working with regular in-office and site collaboration to maintain strong project delivery and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of technical design information across multiple developments
- Liaise with external consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation
- Assist in obtaining key approvals such as planning conditions, building regulations, and legal agreements (e.g. S38, S104)
- Coordinate utility designs and technical input for conveyance and legal plans
- Help manage technical queries during the build process, working closely with site and commercial teams
- Participate in design and value engineering reviews to improve build efficiency and reduce risk
