Are you ready to take the next step in your technical career? This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Technical Coordinator to join a prestigious housebuilder delivering high-quality, large-scale residential schemes across the region.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the design and delivery of new housing projects – coordinating architectural, engineering, and design information to ensure developments run seamlessly from planning through to build. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, making sure everything is aligned, compliant, and on programme.

What you’ll be doing
