Planner West Suffolk £55,000 plus car allowance and bonus I'm working with a well-established, independent property company who are looking for a Planner to join their strategic land promotion team in West Suffolk.
They promote strategic land across the East of England and have a busy pipeline, with sites at every stage.
It's a small, independent team that just gets on with things.
You'd take real ownership of your own projects and stay with them the whole way, from allocation through to delivery.
The role: Taking strategic sites through the planning system, from early appraisal and Local Plan representations through to application and consent.
Preparing, coordinating and submitting planning applications and managing consultant teams to determination.
Carrying out planning appraisals on potential land opportunities.
Building relationships with local authorities, landowners and communities.
You: A planning degree, ideally working towards or holding MRTPI.
Experience from a planning consultancy, or a land or planning role with a housebuilder or developer.
A sound working knowledge of the UK planning system and local plans.
Commercially minded and comfortable running several projects at once.
The package: £55,000 basic salary.
