Senior Technical Coordinator – Bristol

Are you ready to take the next step in your technical career? This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Senior Technical Coordinator to join a growing housebuilder delivering high-quality, large-scale residential schemes across the region.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in the design and delivery of new housing projects – coordinating architectural, engineering, and design information to ensure developments run seamlessly from planning through to build. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, making sure everything is aligned, compliant, and on programme.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and coordinating technical drawings, design packs, and information flow

- Supporting the Technical Manager in delivering projects efficiently and effectively

- Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar) within housebuilding
