This is your opportunity to join a luxury housebuilder with an outstanding reputation for quality and customer service as a senior sales negotiator with progression to a project sales manager within 12 months . Based on a high-volume, beautifully designed development in Bath- Somerset, this on-site role offers the chance to represent a top-tier product in a thriving market. You\’ll be part of a supportive and high-performing sales team with long-term development opportunities, thanks to a strong regional land pipeline and a commitment to employee progression. What’s on offer: Basic salary up to £47,500 Realistic on-target earnings of £80,000 Paid mileage Full-time, on-site Weekend availability required (1 in 4 weekends off!) Your key responsibilities: Welcome and qualify potential buyers in the sales and marketing suite Conduct viewings and guide customers through the full sales process Maintain high presentation standards in the sales suite Manage enquiries and follow up leads professionally and efficiently Provide a 5-star customer experience from initial contact through to completion Liaise closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets What we’re looking for: Proven experience in new homes sales within the housebuilding sector A target-driven and self-motivated sales professional Outstanding customer service and communication skills Immaculate presentation and professional manner Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle This is your chance to represent a prestigious brand and build a successful sales career in a fast-moving, rewarding environment.
