We are property & housebuilding recruitment specialists looking for our next Senior Recruitment Consultant!
Location: Canterbury, Kent (UK)
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office, 2 working from home
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 base salary (DOE) + uncapped earning potential
Previous experience running your own desk and working 360 necessary.
We're a small team with big ambitions situated in the heart of Canterbury with nationwide scope. Now, we're looking for a motivated senior recruitment consultant to come into a well established desk and take full ownership of exciting hiring projects. You will be well versed in client and candidate management and be able to easily headhunt new clients and candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify and engage top talent through research, databases, and headhunting
- Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Manage CVs, coordinate interviews, and deliver standout candidate presentations
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through to onboarding
- Proactively market high-quality candidates to clients
- Win new work & have full control of your pipeline
You’ll work closely with fellow senior consultants who will be able to steer you as you find your feet.

You’ll also manage your own KPIs, keep our database up to date, and contribute to the team’s continued success.

- 25 days basic annual leave, increasing 1 day per year to 28 days
- 3 days additional leave in December for Christmas shut down
- Day off for your birthday
- Enhanced maternity & paternity/family leave (depending on service)

- Hybrid work set-up with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home
- Finish every Friday at 2pm
- 40% uncapped commission
