Are you a town planner with experience working within planning consultancy, local authority or for a house builder?

We are working with a high profile privately owned developer that is looking to expand its team with an senior town planner.

You will work directly into the land and planning director who is a very experienced and well respected operator who has previously mentored and developed a number of people who have gone onto director roles.

You will effectively be the internal town planning resource and work closely with the land buyers and development team in assessing the viability of future land purchases whilst and managing the external planning consultants on applications and appeals.

They operate across Hampshire and have a number of prominent strategic land projects current under way. You will be a very ambitious and driven town planner who wants to develop and grow your career at a very fast pace. Ideally you will have worked for a planning consultancy based in London and have had residential town planning or strategic land planning experience.

The salary on offer is £50k – £60k basic plus package (bonus and car allowance)

Key requirements:

• Town planner with 2-5 years post graduate experience
• mrtpi accredited ideally
• have worked in a large town planning consultancy, local authority or house builder.
• Have experience of providing town planning advise on residential house building projects or strategic land sites
• Super ambitious and driven and want to work within a fast paced and high energy environment
