Residential Sales Analyst

North London

£45,000 plus car allowance

We are recruiting for a leading housebuilder based in North London looking for a Residential Sales Analyst to join the business.

This role will be an initial 15 month contract with a view to a permeate appointment.

The business has an extensive and ambitious development and sales programme, making this an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with strong growth aspirations.

Reporting to the Head of Residential Sales, you will be responsible for delivering precise and detailed sales and marketing analysis to support management decisions related to development opportunities in London and the surrounding Home Counties.

This role involves analysing price indexes, market trends, and comparable sales data to evaluate pricing strategies, unit layouts, optimal development mix (including unit sizes, specifications, and sales forecast periods), lender rates, and broader market and economic activity. Additionally, the role will help determine the necessary timeframes for marketing and launch periods. The successful candidate will produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

A key aspect of the role is maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific software such as Hometrack and Rightmove, while also monitoring property portals to identify market trends.

You will have a proven background in research and analysis, preferably within a property sales environment. You will be confident in gathering and interpreting sales data, generating accurate forecasts and reports within a fast-paced environment and meeting strict deadlines.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel, are essential. Excellent organisational and planning abilities, along with a commitment to meeting high customer expectations, are also required.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
