We are collaborating with a leading property developer to recruit a creative and highly organised Marketing Manager. This role is perfect for an accomplished new homes marketing professional who is ready to take ownership of marketing strategies for a portfolio of current and upcoming developments.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position offers a salary of up to £55,000, alongside a car allowance and additional benefits.
This role is best suited to an experienced and talented Marketing Manager with a proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies for residential developments. The position is predominantly office-based in Battersea, with one day per week working from home, and requires travel to various sites across London.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience working with a property developer or new homes agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget management.
- Developing creative and effective marketing strategies.
