Marketing Manager
up to Β£65,000 plus car allowance and bonus
We are working with leading residential property business looking to recruit a creative and organised Marketing Manager.
This opportunity would suit an established marketing manager with experience in developing marketing and communication strategies for developments, having worked for an estate agent, housebuilder or creative agency in the property space.
You will be office based, with 1 day working from home and expected travel to sites across Essex.
It is a requirement to have worked for a property developer or in estate agency to be considered.
You will be used to delivering integrated marketing campaigns, working to schedule and managing budgets. You will have experience developing strategy and working with PR and creative agencies. You will have generated direct marketing, have experience in literature production and have coordinated events. You will have an understanding of digital marketing campaigns and have set up micro sites to launch and sell sites. You will work closely with the sales team to measure the success of campaigns.
You will be creative, innovative, proactive, a team-player and have a real passion for property. You will be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines. It is essential you are self motivated, able to work within a team and have a hunger and desire to deliver to deadlines and budgets.
You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, email systems and web CMS systems.
N.B. Only applicants who have marketing experience in property will be considered.
What you will be doing
- Lead the strategic development and execution of full brand identity projects, including visual branding, brand positioning, and tone of voice.
- Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels, including paid media campaigns, performance tracking, and digital growth strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction to the marketing and design team, including line management, coaching, and professional development.
- Oversee website development projects from initial planning through to launch, ensuring strong information architecture (IA), user experience (UX), and content strategy.
- Plan and deliver integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns across PR, email, social media, and live events.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with wider business objectives.
- Implement data-driven marketing processes and tools, including performance analytics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
