This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading housebuilders as their newly appointed Marketing Executive, overseeing marketing activity on sites within their 5* portfolio across Hampshire. On offer is a basic salary of up to £40,000, plus car allowance and additional benefits.

We are looking for either an experienced Marketing Executive already established within the property industry, or a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant ready to take the next step. This is a brilliant chance to take ownership of new homes developments, seeing them through from launch to completion.

With the head office based near Botley, you will join the Sales and Marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Director. This role will see you working between the office and various sites.

To excel in this role, you will already have a strong background in marketing, ideally within the property sector, whether with a housebuilder, a leading estate agency specialising in new homes, or a housing association.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver targeted marketing campaigns for live and upcoming developments.
2. Monitor advertising budgets, media, and production costs, providing reports as required.
3. Visit sites to create engaging and relevant content.
4. Liaise with creative and PR agencies to develop marketing collateral.
5. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC to optimise performance.
6. Oversee social media channels, ensuring content is dynamic and on-brand.
7. Attend and support development set-up meetings, launches, and new release events.
8. Organise events and community engagement projects.
9. Manage point-of-sale materials and promotional collateral.
10. Keep property portals up-to-date with accurate and compelling information.
11. Ensure website content reflects current market trends.
12. Collate and manage regular figures, performance data, and KPIs.
13. Provide occasional sales administration support and assist with ad hoc tasks.
