We're working with one of the most high-profile housebuilders in the Nottingham region. Off the back of a string of successful planning applications, they're launching three new developments this spring and need to strengthen their technical team to keep pace with growth. But here's what makes this particularly exciting, the Senior Engineer who has guided this team is moving on within the next two years. That means this isn't just a job, it's a platform. The Role
You'll be getting involved across live residential developments, working on highways and drainage design and playing a key role in progressing Section 278 and Section 38 agreements. Day to day you'll be collaborating with consultants, local authorities, and the wider technical team to keep projects moving forward.
