We are working with a leading housebuilder looking to recruit a creative and organised property Marketing Manager to oversee the launch of luxury prime residential sites in central London.

The business is looking for a proven professional to lead the marketing strategy across their portfolio of up coming developments targeting HNWI for sites in zone 1.

Reporting in to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £65,000 plus package.

This opportunity would suit an established marketing manager with experience in developing marketing strategies for residential developments.

You will be office based with travel to sites required across London.

It is a requirement to have worked for a property developer or new homes agent with experience in prime new homes residential to be considered.

You will be used to delivering integrated marketing campaigns, working to schedule and managing budgets. You will have experience developing strategy and working with PR and creative agencies. You will have generated direct marketing, have experience in literature production and have coordinated events. You will have an understanding of digital marketing campaigns and have set up micro sites to launch and sell sites. You will work closely with the sales team to measure the success of campaigns.

You will be creative, innovative, proactive, a team-player and have a real passion for property. You will be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines. It is essential you are self motivated, able to work within a team and have a hunger and desire to deliver to deadlines and budgets.

You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, email systems and web CMS systems.

N.B. Only applicants who have marketing experience in property will be considered.

Key requirements:

  • Marketing Manager level experience in New Homes working for a house builder, developer or estate agent working on Prime Central London developments.
  • Currently a Marketing Manager for a developer or leading agency.
  • Creative and able to think outside the box.
  • A team player.
  • Passionate about property.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Valid right to work in the UK.
