A privately owned fire engineering consultancy with a six-year track record of growth, quality, and zero client losses is opening its first regional office in Manchester. They need a Principal Fire Engineer with the technical authority, commercial confidence, and personal ambition to lead it. This is a genuine leadership appointment, P&L responsibility, hiring authority, direct client ownership, and a seat at the leadership table from day one. The founder will be actively involved in building the Manchester office alongside you.
THE BUSINESS
Founded in 2019 by a former Associate Director who walked away from one of the UK's largest fire engineering consultancies. Not because he was pushed, but because he believed the industry could be done better. In six years, the business has grown from one person to 23, and retained every client it has ever worked with. Still privately owned. No external investors. No compromise on quality. The Manchester expansion is the natural next chapter driven by a significant pipeline of HRB and residential remediation work across the North West and a commitment to building a permanent, embedded presence in the market.
