Are you keen to have autonomy to get out and about, doing deals and signing up new option agreements? My client is looking for someone who enjoys being given the freedom to crack on, and bring a volume of new land opportunities to the table for the business to review and sign up. This role will not suit a desk junkie who is prone to sitting and waiting for agents to send sites through to process. If you can't sniff out a site, or won't knock on a land owner's door, this isn't for you!
This role is with a leading residential developer, and sits within their main land team, however the role focuses on short to medium term strategic sites, that they can secure planning on and turn around quickly to either feed into the housebuilding machine, or exit on.
With a team behind you to work up the sites once signed off, you'll have all you need to motor in this role. You won't be stuck working on long drawn out planning tasks, or development managing sites once in the business, they have teams for that. This one is set up for you to churn through sites and have fun doing so!
Responsibilities:- Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
- Bringing new option opportunities to the table and then securing sites for the business.
- Driving deals through the acquisition process.
- Attending networking events and functions as a company representative.
On offer is a salary of circa £75k - £90k plus package.
