Ideal for Principal/Associate-Level Consultants With:- A degree in Ecology, Conservation, or related discipline plus professional institute membership.
- Strong consultancy background at Principal, Technical Lead, or Associate-level, ideally with experience advising developers, infrastructure clients, or planning teams.
- Deep understanding of UK biodiversity legislation, planning policy, and BNG metrics.
- Confidence in guiding teams, reviewing technical outputs, and supporting decision-making.
- The ability to explain complex ecological issues clearly to non-specialists.
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
- A collaborative approach and readiness to operate at senior stakeholder level.
- Flexibility to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
