A well-regarded property developer with an established track record of delivering high-quality residential communities across London is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take strategic ownership of residential sales across two premium new-build schemes in East London. This is a predominantly strategic and leadership-focused position - not a customer-facing sales role - with responsibility for driving sales performance, energising on-site teams, and working closely with marketing and senior stakeholders to implement a compelling sales strategy across both developments. Reporting to the Head of Residential, you will have regular exposure to Director-level leadership and play a key role in pricing and market positioning decisions.
Key Duties
- Drive day-to-day sales performance across both schemes, monitoring activity and adapting strategy quickly in response to market conditions to hit targets and budgets.
- Lead, motivate and manage on-site sales teams, building a culture of accountability, high performance and consistent delivery.
- Contribute to pricing, incentive structures and overall sales strategy alongside senior leadership.
- Manage and monitor external sales agent relationships, ensuring alignment with strategy and a rigorous results-driven focus.
- Oversee the full customer journey, maintaining best-in-class standards across marketing suites, show homes and all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine campaigns and messaging, assessing competitor activity to keep both schemes competitively positioned.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly sales reports covering rates, conversions, reservations and completions for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across both developments to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Essential Experience
- Proven background in residential new-build sales as a Sales Manager in-house with a developer (agency background will not be considered).
- Sales experience on mixed-use developments with a focus on apartments.
- Experience leading on-site sales teams, specifically agents.
- Exposure to working across multiple schemes or priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence interpreting and acting on market data.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
