North West (covering Merseyside, Lancashire & Greater Manchester)

£50,000 – £70,000 + Excellent Bonus + Package

Land Manager
to support continued growth across the
North West of England
.

Reporting directly into the
Land Director
, you\’ll play a key role in identifying, assessing, and securing land opportunities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, agents, and developers.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake detailed
    site evaluations
    (planning, technical, and legal)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and other key contacts
  • Provide professional advice on
    strategic land agreements
  • Obtain and analyse offers and appraisals
  • Draft heads of terms and liaise with solicitors to ensure timely completions
  • Negotiate options, restrictive covenants, uplifts, and associated agreements
  • Assist with marketing strategies and preparation of fee proposals

Key Experience Required

  • 2–4+ years\’ experience
    in land acquisition (residential or commercial)
  • Strong knowledge of the
    North West market
    with established contacts
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines
  • Confident networker with a strong eye for detail
  • Willingness to travel, including to rural or remote locations when required
