An exceptionally well funded National house builder is looking to expand their team and take on a land buyer to cover the Eastern patch.
As directed by the Land Director, the Land Buyer is responsible for investigating and appraising all possible sites for development within the Region, visits and inspects sites as considered necessary and worthwhile. You will be required to make a minimum number of recommendations to purchase land in line with the Regional Land objectives.
You will be a very ambitious, money motivated land buyer who is a deal junky. You will love sourcing off market sites where a large profit can be made and be exceptional at beating the competition to the deals. The business is a very dynamic and entrepreneurial one and as such you will be given a high level of autonomy to grow and develop the business unit as you see fit. This is a real opportunity to grow and develop your career to managing director level at a fast pace.
Critically and firstly you will be a born deal maker and have a track record of doing 2-4 land deals a year. The base salary for this role ranges between £40k-£50k and the bonus scheme is extremely attractive. OTE is between £80k-£100k. This role is very flexible, you will only be required in the office 1-2 times per month.
