An exciting new opportunity for all land buyers/managers to work for a 5 star house builder! The role will be an integral part of the land team, assisting the Land Planning Director in helping the business to secure land opportunities to support its short and long term Development plans. The company is going through a period of expansion and they are looking to recruit a land buyer/manager to assist in the identification and processing of new sites. You will report into the development director and be a key part of the land buying process. You will be tasked with sourcing, processing and buying new sites in the East Midlands patch.
Key requirements:
- Degree qualified and ideally property related
- Experienced and background of working for house builder, development consultancy or estate agency
- Understanding of how to source and buy residential land sites
- Good understanding of town planning
