I am working with a well-established national residential developer to recruit a land buyer. This role offers strong exposure to land sourcing, appraisal and acquisition, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential schemes. It’s ideal for an early‐career professional with experience in housebuilding, development agency or consultancy, and would also suit a graduate planner with 1–2 years experience looking to move into the land side of development.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and source residential land opportunities
- Support land appraisals ọ cez financial feasibility assessments
- Assist with land acquisition negotiations and transaction processes
- Work collaboratively with senior land, planning and technical teams
- Build strong relationships with agents, landowners and consultants
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and prepare internal reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years post‑graduate experience within a housebuilder, developer, land agency or consultancy
