I am working with one of the leading national developer, after a period of sustained success, are looking to expand their team with a land buyer.
The role would focus on identifying, negotiating and acquiring new sites in Suffolk and Essex. You would report to the Senior Land team but work closely with the other land managers and planning team to secure new sites. The role offers a great opportunity to continue your development and learn of a skilled senior land team.
You will have the beginnings of a portable book of contacts and some experience of purchasing residential land.
You will be 1-3 years post-graduation and have worked for either a house builder, housing association or development consultancy.
