£75k – £90k plus package and land acquisition bonuses.

Are you keen to work for a market leading developer and strategic land promoter who have a strong appetite to secure new strategic land schemes. You'd be given a great deal of autonomy to just get on, source sites and bring them to the table for approval and then bring them into the business.

I'm working with a leading developer & promoter who having a strong pipeline of new and existing strategic land. They looking to add to the team with a Senior Strategic Land Manager who is pro-active in getting out to meet and cultivate relationships with agents and land owners, and to sniff out great strategic land opportunities.

With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development. They are extremely active across the South and are able to move quickly to secure new sites.

Responsibilities:

Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.

Bringing new strategic land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.

Driving deals through the acquisition process.

Working with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.

Attending networking events and functions as a company representative..

On offer is a salary of circa £75k – £90k plus package, including a great land acquisition bonus.
