Are you keen to join a cash rich developer who have a strong appetite to buy land? Do you want to work with ambitious, driven colleagues who are keen to develop each other and work as a high performing unit?
I\’m working with a leading, cash rich developer who are growing quickly. They are looking to add to the team with a Land Manager who can work closely with the Land Director in sourcing, acquiring and processing new land & development opportunities.
With money to spend on land acquisition, my client is well placed to do deals and bring through some new sites for development. As such you will have projects to work on from day one.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with, and developing relationships with agents and land owners.
Bringing new land acquisition opportunities to the table and securing sites for the business.
Driving deals through the acquisition process.
Working with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
Attending networking events and functions as a company representative.
On offer is a salary of circa £45k – £65k plus package.
