A leading 5-star, top 10 UK housebuilder is looking to strengthen its West Midlands team with the appointment of a Land Manager, based out of their Solihull office.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Land Director, you will play a key role in identifying, securing, and progressing land opportunities across the West Midlands. This position offers a high level of autonomy, making it ideal for a proactive individual who thrives on managing their own workload and building strong external relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appraise potential land opportunities
- Negotiate land acquisitions and manage deals through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local stakeholders

- Monitor market activity and competitor movements across the region
About You
- Proven experience in a land role within a housebuilder or developer
