We are working with a leading, privately owned developer, who are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced planner, on a 12 month fixed term contract. You'd work on a portfolio of immediate development land projects, as well as strategic land schemes. This role would suit someone an experienced individual who can hit the ground running, and is comfortable leading on a portfolio of projects from day one. You’ll work closely with the land director and planning director, but will have a degree of autonomy to just crack on with your projects. On offer is a salary of circa £80k - £90k and there is flexi working available.
Responsibilities:
- Work current and future planning applications and promotion work
- Support the land buying team with appraisals for future land purchases
- Stay current with planning policy updates for local authorities across the South.
Key experience:
- Degree qualified and working towards MRTPI qualification
- Experience working on planning applications for 50+ unit projects
- Experience with large, complex strategic land planning applications would be advantageous but not essential.
