I'm working with one of Kent's most active developers on an Engineer hire. Strategic land, masterplanned mixed-use sites, infrastructure-heavy schemes. More variety and complexity than your typical housebuilder role, with the chance to own the engineering coordination from masterplanning through to delivery.
The role:
- Coordinating civil, structural, drainage and transport consultants
- Driving S278, S38 and S104 agreements
- Discharging planning conditions
- Owning engineering coordination across allocated schemes
About you:
- Engineering or technical background, client-side or consultancy
- Solid knowledge of residential civils, highways, drainage and SUDS
- Confident with S278, S38, S104 and planning conditions
- AutoCAD literate
The package:
- Up to £50,000 DOE
- Car allowance
