Head of Technical (Permanent)

About the Role: We’re delighted to be recruiting for a talented Technical Coordinator on behalf of a well-regarded residential developer based in North Kent. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, including both traditional housing schemes and mid-rise apartment developments. Working closely with the Senior Technical Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from a technical perspective supporting design coordination, liaising with consultants, and ensuring compliance at every stage. Coordinate the technical delivery of residential developments, ensuring seamless planning, design, and construction processes. Work alongside the Senior Technical Manager to track project progress and tackle technical challenges as they arise. Liaise with consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met and building regulations are adhered to. Provide technical input and support across all phases of the development lifecycle from pre-construction to handover. Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator within the residential construction industry. The ability to manage multiple projects effectively while working to deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working on both housing schemes and mid-rise apartment projects (desirable). Competitive salary of £60,000 per annum.
