I am working with a developer in London who is looking to strengthen the team with a head of planning working on high profile house building projects in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire.
You will be an experienced planning manager ready to take the next step with detailed experience of managing planning applications on immediate and strategic land sites. You will be used to managing both internal and external consultants on both short term immediate projects and large multi-phased masterplans on strategic land. You will ideally be working for another large national house builder in a head of planning role currently or a planning director for a consultancy. You will be given a clear progression to planning director.
Key experience:- Degree qualified with MRTPI
- 8 plus years post graduation experience.
- Currently working for a house builder in a head of planning role or planning director for a strategic land promoter
- Good knowledge and experience of handling planning applications in Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire.
- Detailed experience on large complex planning applications
- Detailed experience on 100 unit plus projects
- Director calibre and motivated to succeed
