Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Hands-on Graphic Designer wanted – property sector experience essential. We are working with a Kent-based housebuilder who pride themselves on delivering quality homes across the South East. We're looking for a Graphic Design Executive to join the marketing team and take ownership of the visual output that powers brand, developments and sales success.

This is a hands-on design role – not a brief-the-agency role. You'll be the person actually producing the work, from concept to print-ready artwork, while also rolling up your sleeves to support wider marketing activities across digital, social and campaign delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design & artworking
  • Producing brochures, leaflets, signage, presentations and on-site collateral
  • Creating digital assets – web banners, social graphics, email templates
  • Adapting and resizing creative for multiple formats and platforms
  • Preparing print-ready artwork and liaising with printers and suppliers
  • Working from architectural drawings (floor plans, site plans, elevations) to create accurate sales collateral
  • Marketing support
  • Planning, scheduling and publishing organic content across our social channels
  • Building digital assets for sponsored / paid campaigns
  • Writing and editing copy for property portal listings
  • Creating engaging content for email campaigns
  • Supporting SEO content alongside our media agency and updating website pages (WordPress)
  • Supporting video and motion content production
  • Helping deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Coordinating with photographers, CGI specialists and printers
  • Assisting in the evolution of the Fernham Homes brand

What we need from you:

  • Proven hands-on graphic design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in property, housebuilding or estate agency – this one is essential. You'll be working from architectural drawings daily, and we need someone who can read and interpret floor plans, site plans and elevations confidently
  • Experience producing both print and digital marketing materials
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and content planning
  • Basic SEO, CMS (WordPress) and sales database familiarity
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects to deadline
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working closely with marketing and sales colleagues
  • Happy to be fully office-based in Kent – please only apply if this works for you
