The role
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a leading developer in their brilliant team and support both sales and marketing activity across their developments. This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate or someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across property, marketing, sales support, social media and events. No two days will look the same!
Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
- Helping keep systems, reports and processes organised
- Being a key point of support behind the scenes
- Marketing, Digital & Paid Social
- Updating and managing website pages and content
- Managing property portal listings and marketing assets
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and reviewing results
- Helping set up and manage Facebook adverts for developments
- Working with the digital marketing team to optimise online and social performance
- Content & Creativity
- Visiting sites to capture photos and videos
- Creating engaging content, stories and Reels
- Bringing fresh ideas to promote developments online
- Events & Local Marketing
- Organising sales launches and local events
- Taking care of the fun stuff — prosecco orders, pizza vans, signage and giveaways
- Supporting community and local marketing initiatives
- Planning & Performance
- Helping maintain a proactive regional marketing plan
- Tracking budgets, activity and results
- Using data and insight to suggest improvements to campaigns
