Overview Are you a town planner with appraisal experience or a land/ development manager with detailed expertise in running planning applications? Or even an architect who has moved into a broader development role.Are you super ambitious and looking to solve problems rather than discussing things in meetings?Our client is a privately owned national developer based in Leeds and they are looking to expand the senior team with a development director.This is an addition to the team, and you would work alongside the development director on early-stage design and planning matters in the current and future phases. You will ideally come from a land buying, town planning or architectural background where you have been involved in pre- and post-planning aspects of residential-led schemes.The projects are all urban regeneration and community-enhancing, and at the heart of the business is a core value of placemaking.
