The Role
Working closely with the Sales and Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of property sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling telephone enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
- Supporting the progression of property sales and part-exchange transactions.
- Managing diaries and coordinating appointments for the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Preparing letters, documents, and general correspondence.
- Ordering marketing materials, stationery, and customer upgrades.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and weekly pricing updates.
- Keeping website content accurate and up to date.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience within property, construction, or new homes would be advantageous, but is not essential.
