Independent property company is seeking a Planner to join their strategic land promotion team in West Suffolk.

You will own projects from allocation through to delivery and manage a busy pipeline of strategic sites across the East of England.

You will hold a planning degree (or be working toward MRTPI) with experience in planning consultancy or land roles, and a solid grasp of the UK planning system.

The role offers ownership and a close-knit team in a pivotal regional team.
